Katya and André came from very different worlds before meeting, marrying and eventually building AKA Real Estate.
André grew up in the small but beautiful town of Goderich, Ontario and Katya in vibrant and warm Mexico. When they met they shared an enthusiasm for life that included food, wine and travel but mostly for meeting new people and it didn’t take long for them to figure out that they also had the love of real estate in common as well. From day one, they would spend weekends going to open houses and scrolling through realtor listings throughout the week.
Having been in sales his entire life, working with people comes naturally to André. He’s always listening to and observing what his clients are telling him so he can serve them better.
Katya, as well as being a natural extrovert, has a background in design and marketing and a keen eye for detail. Whether it be staging to sell your home or envisioning your new home setup! While every client and deal is different and there are always challenges along the way, never does realty feel like a job to them – it’s a calling and they’re privileged to have found it!
