We first met him through email communication, we told him what we were looking for & he wonderfully organized all our visit and spent the day touring apartment with us. He was such a nice guy to walk around and tour with! He even went above and beyond getting us in to see a few extra spaces to meet our needs. Once we had made our choice... he was extremely professional and with dedication did all the paper work, calls, kept constant communication with us, and never gave up until we found a place that we loved and could get! Andre was a pleasure to work with in the sale of my condo. I was in a very difficult situation due to COVID with my tenants, and he helped through it by referring me to the right people. Thanks to this, I was able to achieve a win-win outcome with my tenants and prepare the unit for sale. Andre arranged for a staging company and photographer - both who did fabulous work - and worked with property management to arrange everything. This helped me a lot given my busy schedule and limitations due to the pandemic. The condo sold conditionally the SAME DAY it was put up for sale, which was completely unexpected given the current world we live in & the current real estate market which can be unpredictable. André assisted us to purchase and then let out a fantastic condo in the heart of the city. Both transactions were painless and easy because of him. I can not say enough about André and all he has done for my husband and I, especially as we live on the other side of the world, in a different time zone and during covid. He showed us properties virtually and did so at times that were convenient for us. He followed all precautionary covid measures while touring properties on our behalf. We couldn't have found our beautiful home without André's help. André patiently guided us through what is otherwise a daunting process for first-time home buyers. Shopping for a home for the first time is of course going to be a little stressful to say the least - add to that the pressures of shopping in the crazy Toronto condo market, and it's enough to make anyone feel a little frantic! Luckily, in those moments of mild panic, we had André. He was so patient with all of our questions, gave us sound advice along the way, listened to and respected our desires, and was often magically on point with his predictions. André was so easy to communicate with and never made us feel like we were being too picky. My husband and I are so thankful for all the work Andre did to help us find a new home to rent! After losing our last place to a fire, we were quite particular with what we wanted versus what we had and a little sad to be moving again. Andre was the best though! He was very patient with our needs and requirements and was constantly on the look out. Rain or shine, Andre was there meeting us to look at new places! I moved from Peru to Toronto 3 months ago, and I'm not gonna lie I had two realtors at the same time. I moved by myself and pretty worried about finding a home as fast as I could because the winter was already here and I thought it would get harder to find a place. Andre exceeded my expectations from the very first moment, he was a true partner. He was not only worried about stuff like budget, areas, basic needs, but he was patient enough to ask me about the things that I like to do, hobbies, if I was an indoors/outdoors person, pet lover, etc. I guess is not only about the apartment where you live in, but the community you wanna be part of. And it only took us 1 week to find a place! He was enthuthiastic all along our many appointments and always with a positive attitude (not pushy, very very important!!). I totally recomend him, he's a great proffesional. Diligent, trustworhy, he knows what he is doing!
